The Manufacturers/Applicants desirous to get the machines tested from this Institute are required to submit the application in the prescribed format together with the preconditions Certificate duly signed and Technical specifications of the machines in triplicate.

The application must be accompanied with the requisite Test fee & Service tax should be deposit in the form of Demand Draft drawn separately in favour of The Director, NERFMT & TI, payable at SBI, Biswanath Chariali, Assam (IFSC - SBIN0002026). On receipt of the complete application and test fee the Testing Authority shall inform the period for selection/submission of the machine for test.
